Cancellation:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in 8 hours or less, 50% of the cost of the session will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full, or have your session taken from your package. All cancellations before the 8-hour window are refunded in full.
