This workshop will explore essential twisting postures, introductory inversions, back extension poses, breathwork (pranayama), and how to use props to support your unique body and needs.
You'll walk away with more confidence, clarity, and tools to personalize your practice. The workshop features some flowing practice opportunities, but primarily offers a conversational, informal learning environment that welcomes questions and conversation.
